Historic Downtown Fayetteville Square

Lincoln County Fair
Selected as the Number 1 County Fair in Tennessee. Mark the second week in September on your calendar to attend this award winning fair. Activities include a Demolition Derby, Harness Races (the only harness races in the state of Tennessee), Agriculture Exhibits, Carnival Rides, and Top Name Entertainment.
Fayetteville Lincoln County Museum
Visit this museum located in the Old Borden Milk Plant, 521 Main Avenue South and view a large collection of items from days gone by. Don’t miss the military, medical, and agriculture exhibits. Also see the enormous arrowhead collection.

Fayetteville…Host of Christmas Past
During the second weekend in November, Fayetteville becomes the setting for a Norman Rockwell Painting. This festival brings thousands of visitors to enjoy an old fashioned high tea, trolley rides, strolling musicians, a candlelight walking tour, and much, much more.
The Lincoln County Bluegrass and Crafts Festival
The Annual Lincoln County Bluegrass and Crafts Festival takes place in September at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds. The event features bluegrass instrumental, band and dance competitions, with over $5,200 in prize money to be given away. The event kick off will occur with band performances and various competitions. Kids events plus high caliber food will be available throughout the festival.
